Terms of Service
These terms explain what Campaigntrial provides, where its estimates stop, and how account and workspace data are handled.
What this is
Campaigntrial simulates how a synthetic audience might react to a product, page or campaign you describe. Every population, response and score it produces is generated by a local model — not observed from real people, and not a prediction of real-world conversion. No real advertisements are purchased and no real money moves through the simulation itself.
Accounts
Creating an account requires a name, an email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens under your account.
Cost
Access is assigned under a Plus or Pro plan. Plans are bought and changed over Discord, by messaging Simplyalexx — there is no checkout on this site, and no card or bank details are collected here.
Acceptable use
Use Campaigntrial to explore lawful product, marketing and pricing ideas. Don't use it to describe, refine or promote anything illegal, fraudulent or intended to cause real harm — the fact that an idea is only being “simulated” does not make an otherwise unacceptable use of the product acceptable.
Your data
Projects, audiences, simulations and everything you build stay in your browser's local storage — they are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what is and isn't collected.
No warranty
Campaigntrial is provided as-is, for exploration and hypothesis generation. It comes with no guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The methodology page is explicit about what the model can and cannot tell you — read it before treating any output as more than a starting point.
Changes
These terms may change as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version, which will always be available at this address.
